SAME DAY SHIPPING UNTIL 16:00 (Dutch Time)

On business days, all orders placed and paid before 16:00 will be shipped out on the same day.

The delivery times shown in the overview above are estimates upon time of shipment. The choice of your payment method can be of influence on the delivery times. Please note that all delivery times are by estimation and may vary due to circumstances.

TRACK & TRACE

Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Yes, when we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail from us, or our shipping partner with your track & trace code and link.

DATE OF PREFERENCE

Am I able to choose a prefered date of delivery?

This is not possible, as soon as your order has been placed and paid it will automatically be processed and shipped out.

SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS

Is it possible to ship my order to a different address?

Yes, it is possible to deviate your shipping address from your billing address. When you are going through the payment section of our webshop you will be able to choose your shippping address.

MISSED DELIVERY

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Most of our delivery partners will come again the following business day. In case you might have missed this delivery aswell, your order will usually be dropped at the nearest pick up point based upon your shipping address.

Is it possible to return my product(s)?
